Op-Art/Optical-Art no Kinto Imperio


The term "op-art" comes from English (optical art) and means "art optics." Argued for art "fewer words and more viewing." Despite the rigor with which it is built, symbolizes a precarious and unstable world, which changes every time. Powering up remotely to Futurism and even to research chromatic Impressionist, developed from the theories of Michel-Eugene Chevreul, Op Art is mere manipulation of forms and recipes. The terminology has been incorporated in History of Art after the exhibition "The Responsive Eye" (Look comprehensive, MOMA / New York, 1965), referred to the movement knows that the peak between 1965 and 1968. The artists involved here focus the interaction between illusion and flat surface - vision and understanding. Dialogue between industry and average, these works emphasize the perceived from the movement of the eye on the surface of the screen. The compositions are more abstract - serial lines and shapes are organized in terms of dynamic patterns, which seem vibrate, and tremble pulsar. A expressão “op-art” vem do inglês (optical art) e significa “arte óptica”. Defendia para arte "menos expressão e mais visualização". Apesar do rigor com que é construída, simboliza um mundo precário e instável, que se modifica a cada instante. Ligando-se remotamente ao Futurismo e mesmo às pesquisas cromáticas dos impressionistas, desenvolvidas a partir das teorias de Michel-Eugène Chevreul, a Op Art resvalou amiúde para a mera manipulação de fórmulas e receitas.
A terminologia foi incorporada na Historia da arte após a exposição "The Responsive Eye" (O olhar compreensivo, MOMA/Nova York, 1965), referia-se ao movimento que conhece o auge entre 1965 e 1968. Os artistas aqui envolvidos privilegiam a interacção entre ilusão e superfície plana - visão e compreensão. Diálogo entre indústria e média, estes trabalhos enfatizam a percepção a partir do movimento do olho sobre a superfície da tela. As composições são sobretudo abstractas - linhas e formas seriadas se organizam em termos de padrões dinâmicos, que parecem vibrar, tremer e pulsar. O olhar, convocado a transitar entre a figura e o fundo, a passear pelos efeitos de sombra e luz produzidos pelos jogos entre o preto e o branco ou pelos contrastes tonais, é fisgado pelas artimanhas visuais e ilusionismos.

About Violetta Biziou in RL
An artcontest in school when she was 15 did put her on track to find her way in the wonderful world of Arts.An education at the Northern Limburg School Of Fine Arts came out of this.Some great teachers helped her refine her skills.She tasted of the old Art of Batik, and learned to design as well.Also some Graphic and Drawing and Ceramics she learned. But, she lost her heart at the noble Art of Watercolor.
She took part in a Provincial contest in her Province Capital en an Artcontest Circus & Clowns as well.She had several RL exhibitions in her country, Belgium.

About my works

Sl vs. Rl

The objective of my photo expo is to represent how can SL interfere in our sub conscience - where's the boarder between the game and our real life? In Sl we share emotions, we make friends, we get disillusions, we fall in love, we get hurt. SL is no longer a game when deals with our real emotions. The question i propose, is, if you have or haven't lived yet that kind of emotions? So, what i pretend with my photos it's to connect the SL avatars, with scenes and situations from the real world, creating ambiences of tension, quietness and love. Last but no least, i would be appreciated if you left me a little notecard with your opinion about my photos, cause your opinion is very important to me, and my future works.
